Maintaining steady communication as the alternatives analysis progresses. Activities include updating FAQs as new information is confirmed, providing milestone updates to Council, and preparing background materials for media covering the project.

Decision
Phase
Communicating the outcome of the alternatives analysis. Once Jacobs has completed its evaluation and made recommendations, the City will share the preferred alternative or alternatives, updated cost context, and the direction forward.

Design and Construction
Once a path forward is selected, the project moves into design and, eventually, construction. Timing for this phase will depend on the alternative selected, regulatory review, and funding sequencing. The City will share more detailed timing as decisions are made.
